HV-R16-HV64K-241K High Voltage Battery features a modular architecture, allowing for flexible capacity configuration. Multiple battery modules can be connected in series to form high-voltage battery packs with capacities ranging from 64kWh to 241kWh; multiple battery packs can also be connected in parallel to form megawatt-level battery energy storage systems (BESS).
The HV-R16-HV64K-241K High Voltage Battery adopts a modular architecture, which allows for flexible capacity configuration. Multiple battery modules can be connected in series to form a high-voltage battery pack with a capacity range of 64kWh to 241kWh.

  • Harveypower's BMS system monitors and regulates stackable solar battery charge and discharge status. The monitored battery characteristics include the detection of battery type, voltage, temperature, capacity, state of charge, power consumption, remaining operating time, charge cycles, and more.

FUNCTION CUSTOMIZATION

  • LED Display (Optional)

Build an LED display outside the product group to visualize the overall data and status of the battery pack. You can also DIY the operation functions of the display according to your needs.

  • Self-heated Function (Optional)
The BMS system can be set with a self-heating function to make the battery system suitable for lower temperatures. 
When the temperature is below 0°C, through self-heating, the temperature of the battery can rise to above 10°C within a few tens of seconds, thereby activating the normal application of the battery. 
Start heating temperature: ≤0℃. Stop heating temperature: ≥10℃.
  • Bluetooth Function (Optional)
Can communicate with BMS in wireless mode. Users can connect the battery pack via Bluetooth, which allows visualizing all-important battery information such as voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH, errors, etc. 
Some parameters and switch systems can also be controlled remotely, making everything easy to use and manage.
  • State of Health (Optional)
It can detect and reflect the battery capacity, health, and performance status with the accumulation of battery usage time and the impact of the environment, effectively guiding how to maintain the battery

Not only can we know whether the remaining available capacity of the battery can meet our demand for the total temporary power consumption, but also know when each single battery and battery pack needs to be replaced and repaired.

Can batteries be stored stacked?

Yes, and the stackable battery should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated environment, to avoid contact with fire and heat sources. Batteries should be stacked so that they're stable and won't be bumped, knocked over, or otherwise damaged.
The best storage temperature is 25 ± 5 ℃, the best humidity is 60 ± 15%.

Can batteries be stacked two high?

Our stackable battery pack can be used in a single group or in multi-group parallel.
 Considering the weight of the battery case and the convenience of use, we recommend stacking 4-6.

How long can a 48V 200Ah lifepo4 battery last?

The 200Ah battery lasts from less than 1 hour (running a 2000W device) to over 200 hours (running a 10W device).

What are the benefits of stackable battery?

You can have flexible parallel series connections through multiple battery packs to meet different voltage and capacity requirements, and save space.

The stackable lifepo4 battery 200ah is better to run batteries in series or parallel?

The parallel connection is better, the parallel voltage remains unchanged, and capacity increases.
The voltage is higher current, heat is faster (the battery also has resistance), so the life is short, parallel connection through the two batteries is independent of the current, will not affect the life.
